4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or regulatory concerns).
  • Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions, which are your sole responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction where Products are restricted, prohibited, or regulated.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of peptides and supplements, all sales are final unless the Product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To request a return for a damaged/defective/incorrect item, contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with proof (photos, order number).
  • Unopened Products may be eligible for store credit at our sole discretion (shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used Products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions, design) is owned by or licensed to The Wellness Grove and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Wellness Grove, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any health-related claims or adverse events resulting from Product use; or (d) any claim that your use of Products violated applicable laws or regulations, including FDA regulations.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
